We’re approachable and want to ensure that you’re as comfortable as possible during your interview to ensure we can get the best from you.
We’ll review your experience, focus on behaviours and if relevant, ask you to prepare some form of exercise or presentation at either the first or second stage.
For some roles, we may ask candidates to complete a variety of tests including verbal and numerical reasoning or an Occupational Personality Questionnaire. These will be fully explained to you before you attend your interview.
Please note, your interview maybe carried out by one person or a panel of interviewers, depending on the role you’ve applied for.
